Andre was a delight to work with. While my repair was minor, (an animal chewed off the float valve) he quickly ordered the part and arrived the next day to replace the part.

Okay, this is the 4th time I am writing this review because every time I go to settings, my review gets lost! I’m saying this because that is an indicator of how much I appreciate the work Andre did on my bubbler fountain! He was here when he said he would be and did a wonderful job cleaning the TONS of algae on the rocks and on the bottom of the reservoir. He explained what took for and said he could put me on a periodic reminder for maintenance. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

Andre came out to take a look at a potential leak in my koi pond. He was thoughtful, inquisitive and willing to spend the time to figure out what the problem was and guide me on the solution.
