We hired Victor to tear out an old bathroom floor and replace it with a new one. After speaking with Victor, we knew right away that he was very knowledgeable about tile installation. I work with all my customers to NEGOTIATE the best price while still guaranteeing a job well done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being contacted, I first like to get as many details as possible of what is to be done. Often, my customers like to meet in person which is preferable because I like to take exact measurements to assure that the quote is as fair as possible. Sometimes, if the customer has good details and/or photos I will discuss via phone/text/e-mail. Quotes are ALWAYS free with Garcia Tile & Stone. Once a quote is given, I am always open to answering as many additional questions as needed. I am negotiable and will always attempt to come to an agreement that ensures fairness, quality and satisfaction at 100%.
