Roman and RK Siding just completed an outstanding siding job on our home in Pioneer. Roman also helped coordinate deck replacement for our old front and back deck. He also provided help with a painting contractor to paint the entire house afterwards. We cannot be more happy with all the work that was completed! The quality and craftsmanship with both the siding installation and decks was remarkable! Afterwards the Painters he provided finished everything off to maximize the beauty of our home! I could not be happier with my experience working with RK Siding. Roman and his brother were an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Roman was incredibly responsive, patiently accommodating my many changes to the scope of work along the way.
In the end, I chose to re-side my entire 30-year-old home in Tahoe with James Hardie Board and Batten 16” siding for its Class A fire resistance and long-term durability. The transformation has been remarkable—what was once a faded, run-down exterior now looks completely modern and refreshed. It’s like a brand-new home.
The RK Siding team was professional and self-sufficient throughout the project. They even brought their own porta potty, so there was never any need for them to enter the house. I was away several times during the project, and they worked seamlessly in my absence, completing the entire job in under two weeks.
My boyfriend, who is a carpenter, was especially impressed with their craftsmanship—specifically their impeccable caulking work. It’s clear that they take real pride in their work. The siding I chose was not inexpensive, but I felt the pricing was more than fair given the quality and care put into the job. Nothing ever felt rushed; their strong work ethic and commitment to doing things right really stood out.
