- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning required, and the time needed to complete the job. I provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees, and I try to accommodate different budgets within what’s feasible. I also offer discounts for recurring customers and for those who refer new clients, always tailoring the service to meet each customer’s needs while maintaining high-quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the home’s condition, size, and specific needs. Then I recommend the best type of cleaning service, whether it’s a deep cleaning, move-out, or regular maintenance. I make sure expectations are clear, explain what’s included, and provide a fair quote before starting. My goal is to deliver results that exceed expectations and build a long-term relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from hands-on experience providing cleaning services in different types of homes. I’ve developed strong skills in deep cleaning, organization, and the use of professional products and equipment. In addition, I have completed courses focused on customer service quality and Lean Six Sigma, which help me deliver efficient, reliable, and high-standard results.
