About
I've been in the home restoration industry for over 12 years, managing jobs from small bathrooms to multi-story hotel floods., I can perform a variety of work. I also have experience with appliance repair and welding. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. I do have my HIS license through the cslb, which requires an extensive background check. As of now My services cannot exceed $1000 per project including labor and materials so small drywall patches, fixing loose rain gutters, replacing basic appliance parts, small plumbing repairs etc are what I'm currently interested in.

Mike was a joy to work with on this project. His professionalism was reflected in his strong work ethic. For example, he even did a repairs on the exterior of my house when he noticed some cracks. Although that was not was he was contracted to do, he did it anyway because he cares about doing a great job. He has a keen critical eye and practical problem solving skills that he uses adeptly. There are few contractors and handmen out there like Mike. I would know since I've hired many contractors and subcontractors for the the past 40 years. I highly recommend Mike.
