- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we keep the process simple, clear, and stress-free: Initial Contact & Free Quote – Customers can reach out by phone, text, or online. We provide a free, no-obligation estimate based on the items and job details. Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule a convenient date and time that works best for the customer. On-Site Confirmation – On the day of service, our team arrives on time, confirms the final price before starting, and answers any questions. Junk Removal & Hauling – We handle all the lifting, loading, and hauling, making sure to work quickly and safely. Responsible Disposal – Items are disposed of responsibly, with recycling and donations whenever possible. Final Walkthrough & Payment – We ensure the customer is satisfied before finalizing payment.
