We hired Alexander and Sons to revamp our backyard, including sections with stamped concrete, a lawn area, a play area, a pergola and some planter areas. Throughout the evaluation process, Paul was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations based on his experience. We also went to his showroom to pick out materials and had the option to hire a designer but ultimately went with our simple design.Throughout the construction the crew always arrived and left on time, and we could see the attention to detail they had. With large projects like this there is bound to be new discoveries, Paul was always upfront about them and presented options with various costs for us to choose from. In the end the project was completed on time according to our specifications. Even though they were not the least expensive company we had talked to, we had confidence in him based on the quality of his work and his extensive experience in the business. On top of that, Paul would always keep us informed on progress, was humorous and easy to work with, which lowered the stress level with large projects like this.My family, especially the kids, are now loving the new backyard, which turned out beautifully. We would highly recommend Paul and definitely hire him again for other projects in the future!
