Gabriel Coelho and his co-worker moved a large, antique curio cabinet upstairs for me. They didn’t put a scratch on the cabinet or my walls, and they positioned it perfectly. They responded to my request with next-day service, charged a very reasonable fee and were very pleasant to work with. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

They canceled at the last minute without telling me. When I ask ed them what time they were coming, they said they can't do the job. I had to scramble to find someone else and I was up against a deadline.

The two guys that arrived were late and inexperienced. They didn’t even know how to use the strap on the dolly. They moved my front loader Samsung washer and dryer and completely damaged my property. It was banged up so much coming down the stairs I’m not sure if it even works. I fired them immediately after seeing my washer sides with massive scratches and dents. It took them 2 hours just to move those two items. Do not hire them. They have no idea what they are doing. I’m very disappointed! They weren’t paid a dime and quietly gathered their things and left. I can’t attach pictures until my truck gets here tomorrow but if I can come back and add photos I will. RC Willey delivered this without a scratch so it wasn’t the stairs it was the lack of experience.
