Absolute joke...dicked me around contacting me 3 times by 3 different people. All 3 times i confirmed that the part # i provided was needed to be installed for my dryer conversion. All 3 said the will make a note of it. Tech calls 1 hour before the appointment and says i have to get the $50 part first and they will install for $550 for a very simple 30 min job. Absolute shit show from original response to office and appointment confrimation......cant blame the tech who called last he was actually quite respectful.

They completely misrepresented their pricing. First they told me I would save money if I bought their yearly membership for $200. Only after they arrived to do the work did they admit that the member pricing only applied to any FUTURE jobs I hired them for. Do not get scammed by them!
