Honestly, Maria was incredible. We hosted a bridal shower in San Diego (we’re not from the area), and finding someone we could trust from a distance felt a little overwhelming, until we found Maria’s Catering. From the very beginning, she was so kind, patient, and easy to communicate with. We instantly felt like we were in good hands. The food? Unreal. The brunch was beyond delicious, the iced coffee and coconut water shots were such a hit, and the fresh fruit was probably the best I’ve ever had at an event. Everything was beautifully set up, super fresh, and just felt thoughtful. Maria went above and beyond. She made the whole experience feel effortless for us, and you could tell she genuinely cared. We were so, so happy with everything. If you’re thinking about booking her, don’t hesitate. She’s amazing.

I have a very busy schedule with working and having a pup to care for at home. Meal prep saves my life during the week and Maria’s food is exceptional! I didn’t have many expectations trying this out for the first time a couple months ago but she has exceeded all my expectations! First, Maria’s communication about my dietary restrictions, what I usually eat day to day, and heat tolerance was very thorough. Second, she recommended me several options of dishes that I might enjoy. Third, after deciding the dishes for the week, she was punctual and was very accommodating on the time frame I could have the meals delivered to me. Lastly, the food was far far better than anything I’ve ever made for myself! The flavor profile was better than the majority of high quality restaurants I’ve been to. I couldn’t have been more impressed. I’ve used Maria’s services 3 times now for meal prep and i couldn’t be happier! — recently I booked Maria to come to my home and cook a meal for a birthday dinner party. She was on time, professional, and once again, the food as to die for! Everyone there was blown away and it helped me be able to relax and enjoy the party. She accommodated some of my guests by making certain foods gluten free or vegan. Overall, her presence at the party was the perfect mix of professionalism and acting like one of the guests. I am so excited to continue booking Maria for future services!
