Sergei from Airflow was quick to respond to my request on Thumtack. I posted at night and responded within 5-10 min and showed up early the next morning to fix my AC. It’s been a 100 degrees in Auburn and he understood the urgency. Sergei is honest, professional, responsive and got things done in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to even replace my air filter after he put his ladder already in his van. His proposal was very reasonable. My system is 25 years old. After fixing the problem he informed me that it needs to be replaced soon otherwise the problem will occur again and gave me a very reasonable proposal for a new system. I would say the most reasonable of all bids I got in the past. I would hire him again and I would give him 5 stars and an A+++++ review. Thank you Sergei
