Jakob and Ed (ABUG) were excellent. We submitted a project request to Thumbtack and heard back from them first. Did a consult with them about installing plants and a drip system (for which part of our yard is sloped). Jakob helped us figure out what needed to be done (selection of plants, equipment, etc.); we created a plan then asked ABUG to install it. They did a great job. The attention to customer service was evident (which is not something you find with many landscaping companies/contractors) and so that was extremely important. It’s a partnership in a way that requires investment and so working with them in this way was helpful and productive. We will be doing additional work in a few years in our front yard and will be returning to ask them first. Thank guys. Appreciate the hard work.
