I had a new washing machine and dryer but didn't have the right setup to get them working. Rudy at Caltek came and helped me get everything hooked up. They accidentally hooked up a few things wrong, which was a honest mistake, and were happy to come back the next day and make things right. They even went above and beyond when they came back and installed copper piping instead of plastic. I was really grateful for their hard work and understanding.

We bought a new fridge and the fridge guys informed us that we need a fridge shutoff valve or we cannot install the new fridge! They told us to get a plumber to install a shutoff valve for us, so we called Caltek plumbing. Not only did Caltek plumbing come very quickly within a couple hours for the free consultation, the plumbers who came disclosed clearly to me that I in fact did have a shut off valve, it was under the sink! I guess the Best Buy Geek Squad couldn't tell that the water line went from the sink into the wall and popped out the wall there (to be fair, I couldn't either). They were super polite and kind, and showed me exactly where to turn on and off the water line for the fridge. They also informed me that it was the same water line to the fridge and the dishwasher. I asked them to double check the fridge connectors on the water line and the new fridge to make sure the Best Buy guys would be able to connect the new fridge when they came back, and they kindly did so. In the end they ended up charging me nothing because this was all part of the free consultation, and nothing was wrong with my plumbing! I feel so bad that they came all the way out here to check out a perfectly fine water line for free, but on the flip side, they have earned my business for the future! I'll be calling Caltek again if something actually goes wrong :)
