Major Appliance came over as scheduled and tried a quick fix on our ice maker but when that wasn't the issue they promptly ordered us a new ice maker and installed it at mo charge, except for the cost of the part. They also have great follow up to make sure everything is working. We will use them again for our appliance repair needs.

My refrigerator's cooling stopped working (the freezer was fine), and I urgently needed help. I placed an order with Major Appliance Repair, and they called me almost immediately. They understood my situation and kindly moved my appointment up from 4 p.m. to noon—which was only 30 minutes away at the time! Dimitri, the technician, arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. Impressively, he already had the necessary tools and parts in his car, so he was able to fix the cooler right away. Within an hour, Dimitri has the job done. Dimitri assured me that the repair comes with a three-month warranty and encouraged me to call anytime if another issue arises. On top of that, he even gave me a $20 discount. I am very grateful for the excellent service from Major Appliance Repair and for Dimitri's professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. Highly recommended!

Initially I was frustrated because of the delay in getting the part needed but that wasn't the technician's fault. I would hire the Major Appliance again without question. Dimitri was fast, professional and able to fix my Samsung refrigerator quickly and to my satisfaction after the Samsung Corporation bailed on me.
