Our pricing reflects the level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail we bring to every job, from design to final touches. We offer free in-person consultations where we walk through the project with you, learn about your goals, and then provide a detailed, itemized estimate based on scope, materials, and timeline. There are no hidden fees, and we always review any potential changes with you before moving forward. In some cases, we offer seasonal promotions or package discounts for multi-phase remodels or combined services. We also work with homeowners who are exploring financing options and can recommend trusted partners to support that process. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our pricing reflects not just a service, but a full remodeling experience with care, clarity, and communication at every step.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At RenoRevive Remodeling, we take a thoughtful, step-by-step approach to ensure every project starts off on the right foot and ends with results you’ll love. 1. Initial Contact & Consultation We begin with a free in-person consultation where one of our experienced project managers meets you at your home to walk through the space, listen to your ideas, and learn about your needs, style, and budget. 2. Detailed Estimate & Scope of Work After the consultation, we provide a clear, itemized proposal that includes a full scope of work, estimated timeline, and material allowances, so you know exactly what to expect before anything begins. 3. Planning & Design (If Applicable) For larger remodels or projects that require architectural or structural planning, we work with our in-house team of architects, designers, and engineers to create tailored plans that align with your vision, budget, and local building codes. This allows for smoother coordination, faster turnaround times, and a more integrated design-to-build experience. We also handle the entire permitting process on your behalf when required. 4. Scheduling & Preparation Once plans are approved and materials are selected, we finalize scheduling and introduce you to your dedicated project manager. Communication remains open and consistent throughout. 5. Construction & Progress Updates Our team handles everything from demolition to the final touch with professionalism and care. We provide ongoing updates and walk-throughs to make sure you're informed and comfortable every step of the way. 6. Final Walkthrough & Satisfaction We don’t consider the project complete until we’ve done a final walkthrough together and made sure every detail is right. Your satisfaction is everything to us. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At RenoRevive Remodeling, we bring together a team that blends real-world construction expertise, technical training, and a shared passion for quality craftsmanship. Our founder, Joseph Simantov, has a strong background in construction management, real estate development, and hands-on project supervision, with over a decade of experience in the remodeling and building industry. His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of both the business and creative sides of construction, from structural planning to design-build execution. Our COO, Shon Bittone, has extensive field experience managing complex residential remodels, overseeing site operations, and coordinating high-performance crews with precision. Shon’s leadership in logistics and on-site coordination ensures every job runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. We also proudly employ an organic, in-house construction crew, not a revolving door of subcontractors. Our carpenters, installers, painters, and finishers have grown with us over the years, and they reflect the same values of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail that we build our name on. Supporting all of this is our in-house design, architectural, and engineering team, who bring technical precision, creativity, and code compliance into every project. From Title 24 energy reports to structural calculations, we manage everything under one roof for a seamless experience. We continue to invest in ongoing training, safety certifications, and staying up to date with the latest construction methods and materials, so that every remodel we take on reflects the highest standard of workmanship and care.
