My first experience with this veteran owned small local trade business was a stellar experience. I got a response to my inquiry within 5 minutes, they fit in a same day site visit to quote me and were at my house right on time. Clayton was extremely professional and talked to me about options. We settled on what it would take to remove the toilet and unclog it (we had a sneaking suspicion a three year old flushed some toys away). He started working on it right away, taking photos of various excavated legos and deteriorated gaskets. He was quiet, clean and quick moving. I could not have asked for a better experience with competitive pricing. Clayton was great and let me know about their other HVAC and yearly service plans. I will definitely use Authority Plumbing again over other large careless and upselling plumbing businesses in the area.

I left a one-star rating prior to having worked with this organization as at the time I was frantic and needed someone immediately. I also learned that I was very rude in communicating with them the first time around. The owner, Chris, was very forgiving of my behavior which is quite a blessing. I have since worked with them for the past two days Chris,and Clayton, his employee, and they could not be more helpful. They take time to educate me regarding what needs to be done and provide an estimate on the spot. They are most certainly people of integrity and I hope you read this review. Now I will try to eliminate my initial review.
