Brian responded to my request within minutes. I sent him photos of my peeling bathtub, and he sent me a very reasonable estimate. He was available and ready to do the job within days, so we set a date and time. He sent me preparation procedures, and the day before the job, he reconfirmed. On the day of the job, he texted me his arrival time. He was very punctual, very polite, and very professional.. He explained the procedure and told me what to expect. He was neat and efficient, and most importantly, my bathtub looks brand new! I wholeheartedly recommend So Cal Refinishing Pros, and I give Brian an “A+”!
