Patrick Parry is one of the best realtors in Orange County. I first met Patrick seven years ago at a open house in my neighborhood. When it came time for me to sell my house, he was the only person that I contacted.I gave Patrick a wish list of the things that I wanted to accomplish from what was NOT going to be a traditional sale and he met every single item on my wish list before we officially hit the MLS. I am deeply indebted to Patrick for his hard work, dedication and his ability to accomplish what I thought was going to be an impossible task. Sure enough he had a great deal for us he sourced through another Realtor in Forster Ranch Estates of San Clemente. He was matter of fact and was able to deliver a tremendous deal.His extensive knowledge of San Clemente proved invaluable, as he guided us through the city's intricacies and connected us with reliable contractors, allowing us to gain a comprehensive understanding of our project. He was able to negotiate with the seller's side, ultimately securing us an outstanding deal. I would unquestionably work with Pat again.It's wild how everything fell into place. A simple text to Pat, without any prior business relationship, led us into a solid off market deal and positioned us for some substantial profits from this project.
