Juan one-handedly remodeled on of my bathroom floor and vanity. He was courteous, diligent, and very personable. He wanted to ensure I was satisfied every step of the remodel. If I were to remodel again and want true workmanship than Juan is your man. Thank you for turning my 1970's bathroom to a modern, hotel-like. For sure this is our "guest bathroom" with all the amenities. Juan was also willing to take on a very hard vinyl fence replacement, basically correcting a mistake and accomplished a pretty hard goal. I look forward to working with him again and recommend him 100%.

I needed help with Popcorn Ceiling removal. I contacted JM Construction. Juan responded to my request quickly. He and his assistant were very professional. They carefully covered floors, carpeting, doorways, etc. The results are beautiful!They cleaned up everything before they left. I would (and, have) recommend JM Construction. They worked around my schedule changes with no problem. They not only did a fantastic job the even cleaned up the mess the carpet person left behind with no extra charge. I love the job the they did on my flooring, it’s simply beautiful. They even picked my flooring up for me to make sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. This is one phone number I will keep for future projects.
