Hands down, this guy is so polite and professional, he came accessed the situation with my refrigerator, gave me a great estimate ordered the parts, came back and installed them and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out, which I did , but he had no problem coming back out and taking care of the matter. Next time I’m definitely calling him I saved his number🙏🏾Thank you so much I have cold water again….

Stephen responded promptly to my service request and was available to take a look at my dryer the same day. He immediately diagnosed the issue and already had the parts to make the repair during his visit. He also offered great advice on how to better maintain my washer and dryer. I highly recommend Stephen and Wizard Appliance Repair. I will be using them again for any future appliance repair needs.

Stepan did a phenomenal job in fixing our refrigerator freezer. He even came back when the part wasn’t working properly and replaced it with a new part. Very responsive, very clean, highly recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Grateful for the good service!
When my dryer stopped drying, I reached out to three different companies. Stephen with Wizard Appliance Repair reached back first leaving a message saying he was in my city and could be over soon. I didn't get the message in time and he was already 20 minutes away by the time I responded. Nonetheless, he came over and went right to work taking my dryer apart, showing me that it was full of lint underneath, and that there had been a fire. I was kind of amazed because I had just cleaned out the dryer using the 3 inch clean out hole, But clearly, I had not been able to reach all areas. He replaced some burnt wires and cleaned out everything so that it looked brand new inside. He then immediately set to work on my washing machine, even though we hadn't really discussed a plan... I had just mentioned that I was having a problem that it seemed the hot and warm water wasn't always coming on when it was supposed to. He checked all the cycles and found that all was in good order. He did not charge me for the washer :)
I now have a plan in place that Stephen will come out every year to do maintenance clean out that so that we don't risk another fire. It'll be cheaper to do it that way it won't be as dirty and there won't be frayed wires , and it will also give me some peace of mind. I'm so glad you came out Stephen😇! Thanks for the good help.

So I put in a search and these guys responded right away. The gentleman that fixed my refrigerator was punctual, courteous, and very professional. The price was reasonable and it didn’t take along time either. This will be my 1st choice if I would to ever have another issue with my refrigerator
