We're a small family owned licensed and insured general contractor based in North County San Diego. We focus on quality, reliability, appearance and transparency. We specialize in building, upgrading and maintaining modern homes, airbnbs and businesses. Home Automation - Smart appliances / switches / fans / locks / plugs / doorbells Electrical - New work, upgrades, fixture installation / replacements, troubleshooting. Home Theater - TV hanging, theater and speaker installation, concealed wiring, etc. Art, mirror and window treatment installation. - Precision installations of oversized, heavy or multiple items using laser leveling. We do our best to provide realistic quotes and timeframes based on customer photos. If you'd like a firm quotes for project based jobs, we charge a $40 flat rate fee to quote most locations from La Jolla to Oceanside and out to Escondido.

We’ve worked with Josh a few times as we prepare to get our house set up as a short term rental. The main projects included hanging TVs and heavy mirrors / artwork along with furniture assembly. Josh is very professional and doesn’t cut corners. He cleans up after he’s done and makes sure we’re happy with the results.
