Gerardo provided quick, quality work, as a professional, afforable electrician with good energy. We had canned lights flickering and buzzing, not staying on and worried about damaged wiring. He was able to confirm it was the dimmable switch going bad, and tried a better dimmable switch, though it was still causing buzzing sound, so a regular switch was the best solution used to fix the issues. He also helped cancel out a wired switch on a different wall that may have also been causing issues with the canned lights. I will definitely be reaching out to Gerado again for future electrical needs. Thank you for making home repairs less stressful, Gerado. 🙏

It has been a true pleasure working with Perez Electric, particularly Gerardo (Jerry), as he was truly professional and communicative throughout, along with providing great skill and value for the workmanship. Gerardo installed multiple outlets on the exterior of my home so that I may have easier access for outdoor lighting, wired a security light for increased nighttime safety, and installed a Ring doorbell system seamlessly to top off the project. Gerardo is hardworking, punctual, reasonable with pricing, and above all, has integrity. During the project I changed my mind and had one less security light installed, and when I went to pay Gerardo, he went to hand me back part of the payment and said, "but I didn't install the other light." That doesn't happen all of the time these days. It let me know right there about Gerardo's integrity and therefore, I will undoubtedly use Perez Electric for future projects. Thank you for the work and making my home better.

Excellent service. Very responsive and sent me multiple options for the repair or to replace the lights. While they were on site I requested some additional work to replace switches and GFI which they were able to accommodate. Easy to work with and reasonable charges. Will use them again

I was impressed with the responsiveness of Gerardo. He reached out to me within minutes of my request for electrical service on Thumbtack. Once I described the issue, we quickly arranged for an on-site visit and he resolved it in a timely fashion. He isolated root cause to a dislodged electrical wire after an overload tripped a circuit. He restored the wiring and we were good to go!
