Sarfraz replaced my old water heater with a new one on the 25th Dec 2023. I wouldn’t expect a lot of people to work on that day but he came by to give an estimate on the 24th, Helped me pick up the heater from HD and finished the work on Christmas Day. The work done is also of great quality. He estimated 4 hrs and it took him 4 hrs so timing estimate was also close to perfect. His cost is also reasonable based on what others really charge for this work.
