Absolute waste of time. Their business model is the $299 'inspection'

The nature of our initial inspection is to gather all information as it relates to your solar system so we can ensure that your system is currently functional and that it is even possible to remove and reinstall to begin with. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide an accurate estimate without knowing important details such as: what type of roof you have, racking, solar panels, number of modules, system type (AC or DC), condition of system, ext. We appreciate your feedback, but would encourage you ensuring whoever you decide to do business with verifies these details prior to providing you a quote.

Technician Marcos Gonzales with EnergyAid was terrific. He troubleshot our Tesla Powerwall batteries in Truckee today, which we really wanted to get back on line before the winter storm season. He was able to work through the issues swiftly and followed up with a phone call to connect the batteries to our Wi-Fi network and enable reporting through Tesla to the phone app. Great work, thank you!
