Training with Dominic has been a game-changer for me. Years of lifting with poor form left me with nagging injuries, but Dominic helped me rebuild from the ground up. He also guided me through an extensive rehab process after leg surgery and thanks to his expertise, I’ve stayed injury-free. What sets Dominic apart is his attention to detail. He catches even the slightest form issues and corrects them instantly. Dominic never lets me give up on myself. He encourages me to push through and do what I can, even when I doubt my own ability. I truly would not be where I am today without Dominic’s support.

Dominic is a different type of trainer - intuitive, inspirational, and extremely knowledgeable. He suggests little adjustments that make a huge difference in increasing strength and reducing pain or discomfort. I’ve trained with him for years, and now my son also trains with him. He does as well with a 15 year old as he does with a 50 year old. I highly recommend working with him!

Super great and fun experience working with Dom! He tailored the workouts to match my goals and explained the logic behind each exercise in a clear and fun way. I have an athletic background and still learned so much from him. I also felt like I got a lot done in each session, highly recommend!

I started training with Dominic because I wanted to fix my form and make sure the routine I found online was right. After a back injury, I was nervous about lifting heavy, but he makes sure I’m doing everything safely and correctly.
He is super knowledgeable, patient, and teaches me new workouts that target the muscles I want to grow. What I love is how he pushes me past the limits I set in my head. Even after just one session I felt stronger and more confident.
Highly recommend, especially if you’ve been nervous about lifting or unsure about your form!

From the very first session, Dominic’s made me feel comfortable, motivated, and truly capable of reaching my fitness goals. The sessions are carefully tailored to suit my needs, he pushes me to just the right amount, and ALWAYS explains the “why” behind each exercise so I understand the importance of continuing and feel confident in what I’m doing.
