- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and transparent. Notarizations are $15 per signature, with mileage-based travel fees. Travel fees are state compliant and designed to keep my services affordable and convenient. All costs are confirmed upfront so there are never any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts me, I begin by confirming the type of document that needs notarization and the number of signatures required. I then verify your location to calculate any applicable travel fees. Before the appointment, I remind clients to have valid, government-issued identification ready. At the appointment, I review the document, witness the signature, and complete the notarization quickly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned as a Notary Public by the California Secretary of State. This includes completing all required state training, passing a background check, and maintaining a current bond. I also complete continuing education to stay current with notary laws and best practices.
