- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
what customers should know about my pricing is that it's very competitive. my hourly rate is well below the market price compared to most electrical contractors. depending on the size of the job if it's pretty big I can give good discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
most of my process consists of listening to the customers concerns and providing a solution to those problems. after going to the walk through process I explain to them what solutions I have to offer, give them an estimated price. This allows me to gain confidence of the customer which awards me the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current C10 licensed electrical contractor and I'm also state-certified
