- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently provide active military, and veteran discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take our time to learn what would make the client's event/party the best experience possible. We enjoy going out of the way to make experiences memorable. We normally start with phone/internet consulting where I ask the client questions that help me make my service better, and more tailored to their needs. Customers are then given a contract for their job as an agreement of service between both parties, followed by sending a retainer fee to solidify the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our bartending are all certified to pour as well as hold bartending certification
