- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on service. If you need a hardware component (like a laptop screen), you pay me the same as you would pay if you bought the screen yourself, I don't increase the hardware price.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have customers with mini-pc's, laptops, customers with servers, customers with mainframes. Customers with experience, or no experience; customers that are first time buyers; customers that need advice only, or guidance; I am basically customer centric.
