- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Veterans will receive a discount, overall my prices are not the cheapest but they are affordable keeping in mind my work is expensive but i always help give a reasonable price since i do provide quality
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build trust and always make the new customer comfortable and explain everything clearly so they know they are in good hands
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a well know school that is recognized by the state to assure i followed every safety and code regulation to be a certified electrician
