Based on our previous conversations I felt very confident with my choice. Sadly, I had bad feedback regarding Jaime. We agreed on an amount per extra hour and he doubled it. My drink requests were ignored. The garnishes we scarce which was agreed on. My biggest complaint was his attitude throughout my wedding. Jaime was on his phone, and was not friendly AT ALL to any of the guests. Typically bartenders are friendly and welcoming. Looking back now I would have chose someone else. The servers were okay, but requests such as coffee, cleanup, and making sure people had wine were lacking. No coffee was even made. Sadly, this is the only part that happened during our party that I was not happy with. My opinion as an upset bride is to spend a little more and meet the person before you choose them. Update: There was never any request to have cups or flutes set up ahead of time. If you would have asked for this I would have been very adamant that this was done. Yes, you are the professional here so I was expecting a much better attitude during your service which should have included legitimate servers. Not your mother that you hired for the night...I was never served cake at my own wedding and we had to throw away over 14 bottles of wine since every bottle we had was opened without a drop being used. Cleanup was part of the deal and there was plates left all over the place. I was actually picking things up at my own wedding...My cake topper was thrown away. Guests later on said everything was perfect except for the bartender. As for the extra time, this was negotiated in during our first conversation: Cassie: Hi Jaime - I need bartending services to start at 3:30 instead of 4:30 - If you can start at that time I would like to hire you. The servers can still start at 4:30 since that is when the ceremony begins. We would like to have drinks start a little earlier. Jaime: Yes, that is possible. I understand that things happen and will not go as smooth as everyone wants them to, but baiting and switching people is not fair. When you agree to things on important days like this, you stick with it.

Private message sent In January. Sorry for the late reply to your update 2 years after your wedding. At the time I was dealing with my son who passed away. I personally never requested flutes or coffee mugs on the tables. I was told/ agreed to my servers doing table side pouring as far as champagne and wine. As was described in the original request. Coffee was to be served per request after dinner and my servers were never showed or handed a coffee maker. As far as wine service I wasn’t even handed 14 bottles of wine. Each bottle of wine was requested and handled accordingly to the bar and opened one by one. As far as the extra hours once again I never miss led you. You asked to start early after I was hired for 6 hours of bartending services. The fact I was offered extra to stay later after I had already gave an hour extra for free of my services is not me charging double. In your original review you talked about the services of the servers who went out of their way and searched closets and drawers to find things that were needed. That the organizers didn’t even know where to find them and said the service was horrible, but later said your guests had no complaints about the service other then the bar. Seems kind of odd and misleading. Also the conversation you showed only shows us talking about the bar starting early. Never does it show a price. I left the wedding at 1am. I was asked to start at 3:30 for 6 hours and a 30min down time for the ceremony. Which means I would have left at 10 and my servers at 11 if we went by the time line you asked for. Of course there’s going to be trash if the bar is asked to stay open till 1am and the the servers are asked to leave at 11pm. Once again I would like to apologize so the event not going as smoothly as you would have wanted, but I tried and pushed my servers to do their best with what was given. As you said the service was great other then the bartender and I’ll take the blame for the fact the timelines and set up that was agreed on was not met as far as my part. Once again sorry for the bad experience.
