I was very impressed with my experience with Captain Cool company. Sal was great. Very professional,knowledgeable and took his time to explain what had been serviced and why and showed me photos of what had been done. I highly recommend his company. I will use him for anything I need done on my HVAC in the future.

CaptainCool is an incredible resource for HVAC service! Sal was extremely responsive, helpful and informative, not to mention really friendly. Like I actually trust him. Overall great person to work with i would recommend him. Where other 3 companies try to sell me a new system for an arm and a leg this guy got to the root of the problem and was able to fix it.

Sal was prompt, punctual anmd very professional. He diagnosed the problem causing the leak and provided several options for solving it. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable. When asked when he could complete the job, he said he could do it right then. He went to get supplies from a nearby hardware store. Sal completed the job exactly as described and stayed true to the estimated cost. I am very pleased with the results. I would use his services again and certainly recommend him to others.
