- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for recurring cleaning services based on the frequency: 10% off for once-a-month cleanings, 15% off for cleanings every 2–3 weeks, and 20% off for weekly cleanings. First-time customers are eligible for a free upgrade to a deep clean while paying the standard price with the applicable discount; this promotion applies as long as a minimum of three cleanings are scheduled. There are no contracts; this is a verbal agreement. All pricing is custom and based on your home size, number of rooms, and requested services, so we provide exact quotes tailored to each customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry & Quote: The customer provides details about their home and cleaning needs. We may ask for pictures of the home to better evaluate the scope of work and provide an accurate, custom quote. Scheduling & Confirmation: Once the quote is approved, we schedule a date and time for the cleaning. A confirmation is sent via email or text with all relevant details. Preparation Notes: The customer can provide any special instructions or focus areas (e.g., specific rooms, appliances, or surfaces to prioritize). The Cleaning Service: Our cleaners arrive at the scheduled time and complete the cleaning according to the agreed-upon scope and notes. Follow-Up & Feedback: After the cleaning, we check in with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Recurring Services (Optional): If the customer is interested in ongoing cleaning, we offer flexible recurring plans with discounts depending on the frequency. There’s no contract, just a verbal agreement.
