I booked a deep clean but the cleaning wasn’t even close to what was advertised. They said they would do the following: “My Deep Clean service includes a detailed cleaning of all rooms in the house. This includes: • Baseboards • Ceiling fans • Blinds • Window sills • Light switches • Doors and door frames • Deep bathroom and kitchen cleaning • Outside of all cabinets and appliances • Floors (vacuum and mop) It’s a thorough cleaning that goes beyond the regular service.” Instead of a mop they had what appeared to be a Swiffer. Also, whatever products left a sticky residue on my railings and table. The reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because they came back to fix it when I asked them too. I’ve attached a photo of what my floors looked like AFTER they cleaned them.
