- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and fair with no hidden fees. I charge by the job or by the hour depending on the project, and I’m always happy to give a free estimate up front. For larger jobs, I can work with your budget, and I sometimes offer discounts for seniors, veterans, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to what you need and ask a few questions to make sure I fully understand the project. Then, I’ll come by to take a quick look (if needed) and give you a clear estimate. Once you’re ready, I schedule the job, show up on time, and get it done right—the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a union-trained carpenter with years of experience in construction, home repairs, and remodeling. I’ve worked on everything from small home fixes to major building projects, so I bring professional skills and attention to detail to every job.
