- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 per plus materials
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer ,or existing customers I ask what is going on. Meaning what kind of plumbing issue are they having, when it comes to service. I find the issue, solve the problem. At the same time talk to the customer telling them whats happening and how I am going to fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been plumbing since 2014 doing residential service and repair for the first two years. Then moved on to working in commercial /medical tenant improvement for two more years. From there moved to a different company doing mostly commercial tenant improvement till recently when I went out on my own.
