Juan was very responsive, polite and respectful. His team spent a lot of time taping up and protecting the furniture before the drywall repair and painting. Would definitely use them again. Very clean and excellent work

The drywall repair was needed for my rental home from a leak in between the house and the garage, requiring 5/8" Fire-Shield wallboard in the garage. The repair was complex in that it was under an attached cabinet in the garage, and needed to be cut around the pipe valve that needs to be exposed and not covered. Juan from J & M Professional Services provided a quote after I sent him pictures of the wall. His price was very reasonable. We set up a time, he was prompt, quick to preform the repair and the result was high quality! You could not tell there was ever a replaced drywall. I HIGHLY recommend!! In fact, I will have him back to repair a previously, badly repaired drywall that cost 4x what J & M charges! Left the area clean! The photos are the BEFORE pictures, and unfortunately didn't take any AFTER pictures. Being a tenant-occupied rental home, I cannot go back and take the AFTER pictures.
