I posted the Desktop computer problems from Dallas, TX, for a handicapped friend who lives in Oakland, CA, Mike assured me that he would take care of the friend’s-problems right away. He immediately made contact and set up a appointment for the next day (in-house) Mike, arrived as scheduled and made all the necessary repairs; transferring files and programs, emails, and removing old/bad outdated data. The computer is working great! Mike, went a step further, he not only called me in Dallas to tell me the problems he found with the computer, he called when he finished. My friend was very excited that now she was able to get back online to her emails and, of course, Facebook! Thanks, Mike, you’re the best. NOTE: One more thing, Mike set it up so if ever there’s a problem in the future, he can work on her unit by remote. I’m going to make sure he can do the same for me here in Dallas, too.

Mike offered same day service!! My computer had been making a grinding noise for about a year and I did not know if it was a bad cooling fan or hard drive. He came out to my home and within two minutes said it was the cooling fan. He gave me the link to order the replacement and told me to call him when the part arrived. When I called him to let him know the part had arrived a few days later, he immediately responded that he was on his way. He arrived within the hour replaced the fan and he was out. Very friendly person and explained everything. Added bonus was explained to me I had two hard drives in my computer, explained which one was for processing and which one was for data storage. Helped me cleanup some things in my computer as well as stopped programs from automatically running in the background to help with the computer performance. He only charged me $75 for the first trip, but I insisted to pay him for both trips. Part was only $15. I will be calling him for any future computer issues I have.
