DCAC responded quickly for an event I was hosting in five days. The chef, Dominique, was great. She did a great job of cleaning up too, which was appreciated. Overall it was good.

This was absolutely fabulous I haven't done catering too much so there was a lot I simply wasn't privy to. My group all have switched our lifestyle and are trying to eat healthier. We cut a lot of stuff out from our diet and we're very picky eaters now however the chef that cultivated our menu was very patient with us. We made a lot of changes throughout and everyone was so accommodating to us and I can't thank them enough. The food was excellent and definitely the clean eating we had described to them, I will use them again.

Definitely will use again! Ordered salads, sandwiches and cookies for a luncheon and the food was a hit. I had two people ask me for the name of the catering company and one ask before even finish eating if he could take home leftovers if there were some. The biggest plus to me is that they are conscious of packaging for environmental impact, and they have a variety of options to meet different diets/tastes. And staff was so nice! Good all around.

I'm. Not really a review writer but I had to for this , the work was spectacular. I ordered the appetizers in bulk and allowed me to customize it and I just loved the Italian stuffed mushrooms, those were the best. I love how quickly their team responded to everything.
