Let me start by saying that Eric Sherf is not only a great contractor, but he is a good person. He tells it to you straight, is up front and honest and stands by his word and his work. About a 3 years ago we discovered Eric and requested an estimate on an addition to our house, at the time we weren't quite ready to make a move, but Eric still gave us his time and attention, over the next year we called him with different requests and modifications to our initial project and not once did he seem annoyed. Fast forward a year and we were finally in a position to make a move. He helped us install a sheer wall under our house, framed, plumbed and wired our addition, repaired some stucco and installed a garage door. Since then we've utilized his services numerous times and every time it's been a great experience. Keep in mind, he is not the cheapest out there, nor should he be, when it comes to your home you want the best and Eric and his teams deliver nothing but.

Eric at ESV Prime Construction finished an addition over 800sq.ft. for my friend two years ago. We went over during the construction, and liked their job. Shortly after they were done with my friend, we worked with Eric on my 500sq.ft. addition. The project went through smoothly.Eric is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and always keeps his promise. His crews are dedicated and professional as well. They showed up on time every day and 5-6 days a week throughout the entire project. It's unbelievable that my addition was completely done within 3 months.Whenever someone needs a contractor, ESV Prime Construction is the first one pops up in my mind. I highly recommend them.

ESV prime is hands down one of the better construction companies to work with. Not only do they have an excellent team of skilled workers, but the company really cares about their customers overall experience during the entire project. My experience with everyone I worked with from my project manager and designer to the workers was truly rewarding. Working with Ari was not only a great pleasure, but I learned so much from him as he took time to really explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He gave me good advice on how to keep within my budget and still get exactly what I wanted. Even when I was willing to spend more, he still went extra mile to find reasonable prices for the things I needed most. I look forward to working with them on future projects as well as recommending them to friends, family and anyone reading this review.

ESV did a fantastic job renovating our garage into an ADU. We did our research, got several quotes from contractors, and Ari ended up being the most responsive and professional. Plus, his quote was comprehensive and competitive.A few things I really appreciated:(1) Ari was in contact throughout the process. He kept everything on schedule. Even with some unforeseeable issues that needed to be addressed mid-project, the work was still completed on-time. He was able to provide recommendations (e.g., fixtures, appliances, tiles) when we asked for them, and he made helpful suggestions for additional improvements without being pushy.(2) His crew was great. Roberto and company knew their stuff. From framing to plumbing, electrical to cabinet & fixture installation (we had a lot of work done!), they did a top-notch job. And they were very friendly to have around.Ultimately, construction projects (even 250 sq ft ADUs) take a lot of time and investment, so its important to have a team that you can trust to do quality work. And thats what we got with ESV. Im glad we went with them, and I love our beautiful new space.

Our search for a contractor to construct an ADU from the ground up started with us obtaining no fewer than six estimates. We knew Ari was our guy as soon as we met him, and his estimate was the most detailed and comprehensive. This was the biggest project we had ever taken on and we had a lot of questions along the way. Ari helped us through the process like a champ from beginning to end and was truly a pleasure to work with. His foreman Roberto and his entire team were awesome! Always on time, professional, and took pride in their workmanship. The most important thing to me in doing business with anyone is customer service and satisfaction. Ari is honest and seems to really care about his customers' satisfaction, which is something that's hard to come by these days. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the ADU and are already working with him on another smaller project.
