- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is standard but if multiple tasks are assigned or if the magnitude of the job is big, a discount will most certainly be considered
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always explain the process to the customer and set the expectations straightforward as to how long the project may take, additional expenses, estimated material cost, that may be required, possible outcomes, multiple options, and possible things that may have to be acknowledge in the future.
