Hello, I have been a handyman for the past 29 years and managed a 9 unit apartment building from 2005-2021 when it was sold. I have experience in many areas from repairs to renovations including tile work, plumbing, floor installation, painting etc. I do a professional job with one thing in mind making you happy with the finished product. my hourly rate is $65 with 2hr minimum. ***************************************************************************************************

I tried to DIY some wood tiles on my balcony and ended up staining the concrete with wood stain…total disaster. Tom came to the rescue. He showed up fully prepared, pressure washed the entire area to clear out all the dirt and debris, and got everything painted the same day. His work was so impressive that I didn’t even think twice about calling him back to handle the wood polishing—some things are better left to the pros. Tom truly is LA’s best kept secret. Not only is his work top-notch, but he’s also one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet on this platform. Can’t recommend him enough.

Very kind, professional, and did a wonderful job building and installing a closet system in my son’s room. He also painted the closet walls before installing once I realized they weren’t in great shape. I appreciated his flexibility.

Thomas was very easy to work with and approached my job with thoughtfulness. He helped me execute the things on my list and talked through some other ideas with me. He showed up with all the tools and was thorough. In my commercial space, he finished a lowered wall with sheetrock, sided a shelf unit with plywood and built me a bench top for some legs I had purchased. He helped me come up with a plan for a few other project. I will be using Thomas again for projects at both my business and at my home

Tom came to my rental property to fix a number of maintenance requests from my tenant ranging from fixing a leaking shower tub to fixing a mechanical garage door. Tom is responsive, professional and gets the job done. I would recommend Tom to anyone who has any home repair needs.
