From our first phone conversation her attention to detail was admirable, and it manifested throughout our interactions. The WOW factor came through on the day of my event. Kim was absolutely amazing! She was my initial contact through thumbtack for my niece's baby shower. She was a very patient and active listener throughout my whole event planning. For certain reasons the event didn't happen on an actual day and was postponed. For the new date even though Kim was unavailable due to her travel plans, she accommodated another amazing person Rena. Rena is just the best who helped me with the whole event decor and as well our day-of-coordinator. She was so on top of everything, taking care of each and every fine detail! Not only did she do an outstanding job, keeping things running smoothly, engaging the guests with games, and cleaning up, but She also was great keep things rolling in the same order I planned and explained to her. She took care of every ritual of the event and did a fabulous job of capturing all the moments making it super memorable. Her simple ideas on decor and goodie bags just have the artist's touch. She even helped me to clean up after celebrations and put the house back to shape. Rena's efforts are straight from the heart. Rena and Kim both are Super professional, responsive, good value, high-quality work, punctual by staying on top of things, and above all, had lots of positive energy and light.  Highly recommend both for any event to be a grand success, I will definitely use them again for any of my upcoming events.

Kim was incredible! She worked with all my vendors and brought my vision to life! She did all set up and dealt with any issues that came up, so that I could enjoy. She also did sweet personal touches like checking in on older family member through out the night to see if they were ok or needed anything. She also knew exactly when it was time for me to take my heels off and switch to flats. Seriously incredible attention to detail! I will hire her again for sure!!
