Hi! Welcome. I serve the Mid-Wilshire/ Miracle Mile Area.
My name is Olivia and I am a San Diego State University Graduate with a degree in Exercise Science, Pre-Physical Therapy. After graduating and working in various rehabilitation settings I realized that my passion was for personal training. I have worked as a personal trainer for 7 years and have helped numerous people change their bodies and lives. I was a former Master Trainer before going private where I felt like I could have the most impact.
Having taken anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, injury prevention, etc. I have a wide array of knowledge about the human body. I am passionate about helping you not only succeed in reaching your goals but create a healthy and positive relationship with your body and exercise.
I have worked with athletes, elderly, children, disabled populations, folks with chronic
pain, and so on. I pride myself in my ability to tailor exercise to your body and your needs. I will meet you wherever you are at!

Olivia has been awesome since the beginning! She is able to tweak the workouts as necessary. Both my wife and I are in each session and have different levels of background in regard to workout levels and she does great helping each of us on the path to reach our own personal goals.
