My background in training is from professional tennis. I infuse my knowledge from over 20 years of athletics, science, and working with top fitness professionals, most notably, "Bob Harper," into my training.

I was looking for a trainer that would fit my time schedule and specifically my age. Rob is a perfect fit for everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. Adding my workouts to my day to day routine is the best thing I have done in 10 years. Rob is a really great trainer. I have knee problems and he has given me excellent advice in strengthening the muscles in that area. He's extremely pleasant and professional and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him.
