Sean was responsive and provided clear and ample communication. He was friendly and completed the moving job in a timely manner with respect for my things. Sean did a great job replacing my 30 yr old sprinkler valves and was able to help me on short notice which was great because I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the water shut off lol. He was quick and provided receipts for the materials purchased and charged a very reasonable price for his labor.

Still having problems with the washer. He started on Monday and had to order the correct parts. He came back on Wednesday and spent about 2 hours trying to get the washer fixed with the new parts. However, when I tried to use the machine today (Thursday) it is still not working. No water is being entered into the machine. I called and he will be out this evening to see what's wrong. Sean came out Friday evening to find out what the problem is and determined that it is the control panel that must be replaced. He ordered the part that evening. But the part would not be in until either Tuesday 8/19 or 8/20. I'm still hopeful he'll be able to fix the machine.
