Hi, I am a Maintenance Supervisor for a property management company in Roseville and surrounding areas. I have knowledge in basic electrical work (Light switches, outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans) plumbing (garbage disposals, shower cartridges, shower heads, clearing clogged drains, toilet install/repairs) drywall/paint (patching and texturing holes in drywall) and many other things. I can diagnose most appliance issues and help with most things in or around the house.
