Oscar was fantastic! He came over quickly and gave a very competitive quote. Thirty minutes later he and crew were here, loaded up everything for the trash haul, and just over an hour after meeting him, the job was done. I'd highly recommend Oscar and Peninsula Junk for any clean up. Looks like he does demolition work as well! Demo and cleanup all in one -- I'd definitely do that.
