- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $60 service call fee, but that gets waived if you hire me for the repair. I also offer bundle discounts for multiple units, seasonal tune-up specials, and upfront flat-rate pricing so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick ****************** to understand the issue. Then I schedule a service call where I diagnose the problem, explain the options clearly, and offer a fair estimate. If hired for the job, I waive the service fee

I’m a licensed C-20 HVAC contractor in California and EPA 608 certified. I’ve also completed advanced training in refrigerant handling, heat pump systems, and smart thermostat integration
