The door frame from our door was literally falling apart. The house is old and this was still the original door. The same with one of the posts that holds up the porch roof in the backyard. Eric arrived about 30 minutes later than planned, but I appreciated that he called and let me know. It was early in the morning and a lot of traffic. We set the time for 30 minutes later and then he was right on time. He put in a brand new door including the frame. It looks so much better. He also put in a new post on our porch and he did a great job with both. We will paint it ourselves. Eric is a nice guy, professional and very reasonable. We had him look at some other projects in the house and we will definitely hire him again. Thank you Eric!
